Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Plastic Technology, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. 

• Experience: Minimum 12 years (BSc) or 10 years (MSc) in large-scale manufacturing, with 5 years in a senior managerial role. 

• Key Skills: Expertise in twin-screw/single-screw extrusion, ERP systems, and ISO 9001 quality management.
