Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Production General Manager

• Assisting the Production Manager with administrative tasks like production schedules and time sheets

• Overseeing quality control throughout the production process

• Ensuring that production is completed before deadlines

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or associate degree Garment engineering, textile engineering, with course work in production management, operations management

• Experience: Preferably over 2 years of experience.

• Previous experience working in a related Garment industry preferred

• Exceptional analytical ability toward solving production-related concerns

• Knowledge of procuring materials, equipment, and labor needed throughout the production process

• Proficiency in quality control

• Competence with computer-based administration, record-keeping

• Availability to work extended hours to meet deadlines, when necessary, under control of production director

• Language: fluent in Chinese language, English language, Amharic language

• Chinese and English language is must
