Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Food Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Applied Biology, or related fields.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a production management role, preferably in a milk or dairy processing company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily milk production operations.

• Ensure production targets are met efficiently and on schedule.

• Manage production staff and allocate duties and shifts.

• Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

• Control production costs and minimize waste.

• Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams

Desired Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of production planning and control.

• Excellent team management and leadership skills.

• Experience in quality control and quality assurance systems.

• Cost control, waste reduction, and efficiency improvement skills.
  
  Technical & Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with ERP systems or production management software is an advantage.

Salary : Negotiable.
