Job Summary:
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the full production cycle - from communicating with farm operations to facilitation on food processing and distribution — ensuring optimal productivity, quality, safety, and supply chain flow.
This role bridges operations between the poultry farm, chicken restaurant, and supermarket, aligning all departments to meet business goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Operation Management:
Plan and supervise day-to-day Production operations like garlic and potato Peelers, Marinating team, Butchery and Pita section
Coordinate with teams and section representatives to fulfill all the Requirements.
Monitor Production sections inputs and resources in terms of chicken products And other to deliver and execute day to day tasks.
2. Processing and Product Flow:
Oversee the entire Production processing phase: Butchery, Cleaning, packaging, and cold storage.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and hygiene practices during all processing activities.
Coordinate timely movement of processed products to the restaurant and supermarket, minimizing waste and delays by preparing requirements early and in advance.
Maintain the daily product requirements as per each outlets demand, keeping the standard recipe requirement of margination for each product in terms of quality and taste.
3. Restaurant and Supermarket Integration:
Liaise with chefs, kitchen teams, and store managers along with restaurant and supermarket managers to forecast the demand and align supply from the storage unit.
Monitor product quality and consistency to meet customer expectations and brand standards.
Implement traceability and inventory systems to ensure smooth stock flow and availability.
4. People and Operations Leadership:
Lead and guide production supervisors and all production teams across multiple units.
Develop work plans, assign duties, and ensure workforce productivity and compliance with operational protocols.
Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and promote continuous improvement culture.
5. Strategic Planning and Coordination:
Analyze production data to forecast future needs, identify trends, and optimize Resource use.
Manage budgets, procurement, and logistics in collaboration with relevant departments.
Support business development by contributing to strategic growth plans and expansion initiatives.
6. Safety, Compliance, Quality Assurance and Administrative obligations:
Enforce adherence to biosecurity, food safety, and environmental standards across all operations.
Implement regular audits and quality control checks to maintain high standards.
Respond to inspections, customer feedback, and operational challenges with timely solutions.
Maintain employees discipline and work ethics around the premises by resolving conflicts, handling grievances and maintaining peace.
Keep employees attendance records on a daily basis, Summarizing monthly and preparing payroll reports to HR department.
Required Qualification and Skill
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food engineering, management and related Fields of syudy
Experience from 3-6 years in a Food Processing or Food manufacturing company
Proficiency in CNET or Any ERP softwares.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
