Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or with related field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 3 – 4 years of experience in production planning & control preferably in furniture/woodwork manufacturing.

• Work place: Addis Ababa

• Employment type: Full time

• Salary: Negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly production plan based on sales order & forecasts.

• Develop production schedules & coordinate with production department to meet delivery deadlines.

• Monitor production progress & identify delays or bottlenecks.

• Coordinate with procurement & warehouse teams to insure the availability of raw materials.

• Maintain inventory levels & monitor material consumptions.

• Prepare production performance report & analyze key productivity indicators.

• Prepare plan to dispatch company vehicles based on the given order from each work units.

• Manage & control fuel consumption, maintenance, annual renewal & other related issues of vehicles.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft excel, ERP/MRP system, and production & planning tools.

• Good knowledge and experience of company vehicles dispatch.

• Team sprit to work with production team and drivers.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
