What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in ready-mix concrete production or construction materials manufacturing,

Relevant Experience: at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of concrete batching processes, mix designs, raw materials, and quality standards.

Education & Certifications

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
