Job Summary

The Production Supervisor executes the production plan made by the company and supervises the Team Leads, Line Leads, and hourly associates throughout the shift. The Production Supervisor must be able to oversee multiple activities simultaneously and take ownership of the output of leads and associates working on his or her team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Receives production targets from Production Division Head and leads and line, and ensures proper staffing for all tasks.

• Ensures workstations are set up for each production activity in a manner that correlates with production targets.

• Shares recommendations for improvements to immediate supervisor.

• Ensures sufficient parts and supplies are on hand to meet production requirements.

• Ensures production meets standards with the highest level of quality.

• Reviews workers' performance and identifies training needs.

• Records production and reports all news on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Job Requirements

About You

Education

BSc or MSc in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

BSc: At least 4 years of relevant work experience in the manufacturing industry.

MSc: At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the manufacturing industry.
