Tinaw Business S.C. is a legally registered company established under the Commercial Code of Ethiopia. It is located in Guraghe Zone, Zegbabot Woreda, in the Central Ethiopian State.

The company is currently engaged in the production and export of roses, operating 32 hectares of greenhouse farms and supplying international markets. It employs around 1,500 staff. 

With 20 years of experience and strong performance in the floriculture sector, the company has initiated an expansion project covering an additional 54 hectares of farmland, which is currently nearing completion.

Tinaw is looking for highly professional production Supervisor for our farm site in Wolkite

Duties & Responsibility Summary

The production supervisor acts in production section to facilitate daily greenhouse production activities to ensure timely production of high quality plants and post-harvest. The job holder key role is to assign, control, employees and follow up for smooth production operation and adherence to company’s operational standards and work procedure 

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

Graduates of years 2024/25 G.C BSc Degree in Horticulture /Plant Science or Agronomy with CGPA of 3.5 and above;

Excellent MS Office knowledge and email communication

Excellent verbal and written communications skills
