Job Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. or Level IV Diploma in Database Administration. HNS (Hardware and Network Services)

Related work Experience:

• For Degree Holders: We require a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience, with at least 1-2 years in a Senior ATM Technician position.

• For Level IV Certification Holders: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience is required, including at least 3 years in a Senior ATM Technician position.

Required Skill:

• Software & Automation: Proficient in programming and creating automated scripts.

• ATM Operations: Understands ATM communication protocols, security (data protection, key handling, chip cards), and common operating systems.

• Troubleshooting: Excellent at diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, including log analysis.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex challenges.
