Job Requirements

Education:

• PhD in Environmental Engineering or with related field of study

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in teaching and research, supported by a strong record of scientific publications.
• Proven expertise in electromagnetic (EM) and electrical geophysical methods, as well as in the exploration of natural resources.
• Demonstrated experience in project coordination and leadership is required, with the ability to serve as a lead researcher for the Engineering and Environmental Geophysics Team within the Center for Geophysical Research and Earth Observatory (CGREO).

Salary: According to the university scale and other requirement consistent with the senate legislation

Duties and Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a Professor, Associate Professor, or senior researcher in a recognized university or research institution
• Extensive experience in managing national programs.
• Demonstrated success in securing and leading large scale international grants
• Experience in advising government agencies or industries on environmental impact assessment wastewater treatment,& pollution control.
• Ample experience in supervising/co-supervising MSc and PhD candidates
• Extensively Published in journals of international reputation
• Willingness to accept administration work assigned by the university.
