A Programming and Code Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that teach programming languages, software development skills, and coding best practices. Their role involves creating course content, conducting lectures and hands-on coding sessions, assessing learners' progress, and providing personalized guidance to help students or trainees build strong programming competencies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate programming lessons to elementary and high school students, covering basics of C (Scratch level), C++, Python, and introductory robotics.

• Assist in developing lesson plans, organizing coding workshops, and maintaining a friendly and inclusive learning environment.

• Support students with hands-on activities and guide them through basic programming projects.

• Coordinate training schedules and provide feedback to improve teaching materials and learning outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Education: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields, with knowledge and capability in C (scratch level), C++, Python programming, and robotics.

• Experience: Minimum Years of Experience 0_2_years
