We are seeking a proactive, knowledgeable, and logical Project Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Torhayloch. This role is pivotal in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of our construction projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering combined with proficient experience in construction technology and management. You will act as the central link between stakeholders, ensuring seamless project operations through meticulous coordination, documentation, and communication.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field of study ( background in Civil Engineering is essential).
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the construction industry.

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines in collaboration with the Project Manager.
Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, vendors, and internal departments.
Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, change orders, technical drawings, and compliance records.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure alignment with objectives.
Prepare and distribute project updates, status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes, ensuring follow-up on action items.
Assist in tracking project expenses, material usage, labor efficiency, and equipment deployment to support cost control.
Monitor project risks and issues logs, escalating critical concerns to the Project Manager.
Ensure adherence to organizational project management methodologies and construction standards.
Address queries, resolve minor issues, and identify bottlenecks to recommend process optimizations.
Skill
Construction Technology: Proficient understanding of construction methods, materials, and technologies.
Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and principles of construction management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams).
Soft Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills. Must be detail-oriented with a logical approach to problem-solving.
