Position Purpose:
Bridge the gap between design and execution. Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Translate approved designs into execution timelines and schedules.

• Coordinate with Site Engineers, laborers, and subcontractors.

• Procure or oversee procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery.

• Track progress daily, address on-site issues, and report to CEO.

• Keep cost logs, change orders, and progress documentation updated.

• Conduct quality checks against design intent and technical specs.

• Communicate project status to the CEO and client regularly.

• Work with Admin/Finance on budgeting and payment follow-ups.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, site supervision, or fit-out project management.

• Experience in interior design-build or commercial construction is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and understanding of BoQs, technical drawings, and procurement processes.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with ability to handle fast-moving project environments.

• Familiarity with quality control, change orders, budgeting, and documentation processes.

• Excellent communication skills to interface with clients, designers, and site teams.
