Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of media and communication projects.

• Develop project proposals, budgets, and tender submissions for local and international clients.

• Coordinate with creative, production, and editing teams to ensure smooth project workflows.

• Liaise with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and manage project timelines.

• Contribute to business development by identifying and responding to new opportunities.

• Use Development and Project Management tools and software to track and report on project progress.

• Ensure projects align with organizational goals and strategies.

• Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to improve future project execution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Development and Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a project manager, with a minimum of 4 years of Development and Project Management experience.
• Strong Development and Project Management and Leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Project Development and Project Management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills. 
• Career Level: Mid to Senior Level.

• Proven experience in proposal writing and tender preparation.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
