The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints. Main Duties and Responsibilities,

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

•  Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules to guide the project's execution.

•  Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of project components.

• Monitor project progress and conduct regular status meetings to report on productivity, potential risks, and issues.

•  Identify, assess, and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

•  Ensure resource availability and allocation throughout the project life-cycle.

•  Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, providing guidance and support to team members.

• Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices for project management.

Job Requirements:

• BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, or other similar fields with a minimum of 10 years work experience in construction or real estate sectors out of which 3 years as project Manager.

Competencies:

• Leadership, consulting, conceptual and Human relation Skills;

• Good decision-making ability;

• Able to work under strict time pressure and time framed working environment;

• Basic computer Knowledge /Microsoft office and Project Management tools
