Job Requirements

Education:  

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or with related field of study

• PMP certification is an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in construction or project management

Gross Salary: 60,000 - 65,500 Birr

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects according to scope, schedule, and budget

• Lead and coordinate project teams, consultants, and contractors

• Prepare project plans, schedules, and progress reports

• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when required

• Manage risks, changes, and contractual issues

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements

• Report regularly to senior management and clients

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent project planning and execution ability

• Budgeting, cost control, and risk management

• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Excel)
