Job Requirements

Qualification

• B.Sc. in Mining engineering mining Geology or related field (M.Sc. in mining, /project management). Degree in Geology or related fields

Experience

• Minimum 8-15 years of experience in placer and hard rock mining projects, mine development & plant construction activities

Basic skills

1, Technical, leadership and management skills

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GIS and relevant mining software.

3. Strong planning, reporting, and communication skills in English.

4. Good communication and technical skill in English,

5. Good computer knowledge

6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

7. Ability to work in remote mining environments and adapt to challenging field conditions.
