ATTA Trading PLC is a construction and engineering company engaged in high-rise buildings, commercial and industrial projects, MEP works, ICT infrastructure, and premium finishing works across Ethiopia.

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of major building construction projects.

Position Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and completion of building construction projects, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards.

The position requires strong leadership and proven experience coordinating civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or with related field of study

• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in building construction.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer.

• Proven experience managing high-rise, commercial, residential, or large-scale building projects.

• Strong experience coordinating Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, and Finishing works.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall execution of building construction projects.

• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.

• Manage project time, cost, quality, resources, and risk.

• Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, technical submissions, and site issues.

• Manage subcontractors and coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities.

• Handle contracts, variations, claims, payment certificates, and project correspondence.

• Monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.

• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements.

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure effective coordination.

• Prepare progress reports, project KPIs, and updates for senior management.

Skills & Competencies

• Practical knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions and contract administration.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
