ATTA Trading is seeking to hire a qualified and capable Project Manager for its ongoing high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate must have an engineering background, strong experience in managing high-rise construction projects, and the ability to oversee multidisciplinary teams. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the site team, ensuring project milestones are achieved, and maintaining quality, safety, and budgetary standards.

The Project Manager will be primarily responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring all construction activities are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards. The role requires strong leadership to drive project teams toward achieving milestones within the defined timeline, cost, and quality targets.

In addition, the Project Manager will take ownership of project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, while also ensuring effective coordination between subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders. The position demands a hands-on approach to solving technical challenges, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining efficient workflows on-site.

This is a leadership role suited for a results-driven professional with proven expertise in high-rise construction, deep technical knowledge of both structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works, and strong contract management skills. The candidate must be able to balance technical precision with strategic management, ensuring successful delivery of complex construction projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all construction activities on-site, ensuring timely delivery of project phases.

  • Supervise subcontractors, labor, and site engineers to ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and standards.

  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, providing corrective actions when required.

  • Prepare and review project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management and stakeholders.

  • Oversee contract administration, payment certificates, and bills of quantities.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and clients to resolve technical issues promptly.

  • Lead quality control measures to ensure all works meet engineering and construction standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Master’s is an advantage).

  • Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years in construction, with at least 5 years in project management of high-rise building projects.

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.

  • Strong technical background with hands-on knowledge of construction methodologies and best practices.

  • Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design/project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

  • Familiarity with structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings, with the ability to interpret and coordinate them.

  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities under pressure.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts, and project timelines effectively.

  • Knowledge of local building regulations, codes, and standards.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
