Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for managing complex, high-value, and strategic projects across the Bank. The role ensures projects are delivered within scope, on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards, while aligning with business objectives and governance requirements.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of strategic projects
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans and resource allocation strategies
Engage stakeholders across business and technical units
Ensure alignment between project deliverables and business expectations
Provide regular updates to senior management
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues
Develop mitigation and contingency plans
Escalate critical risks to the PMO Director
Track project progress against defined KPIs
Ensure adherence to PMO governance standards
Prepare and present project reports
Mentor junior project managers
Contribute to PMO process improvements
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Business and Economics or related fields.
With 6/8 years’ experience in reporting, analytics, or Project Management Office
