Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, Sociology, agriculture, Education or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community-based projects
• Strong facilitation and community engagement skills
• Knowledge of the local language Berta/Bertha is an advantage

Required Skills  

• Good communication skills
• Commitment to child rights and safeguarding
• Willingness to work in remote areas

Duration:  one year with possible extension

Duty Station: Asosa town of Benishangul-Gumuz Region, Ethiopia
