Job Title: Project Officer – Operations
Education: BA Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in project operations, coordination, or program support roles. Experience with donor-funded projects or multi-stakeholder programs is an advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across different program components
Support planning, scheduling, and tracking of program activities and deliverables
Follow up on procurement processes including TOR finalization, RFP/RFQ processes, and vendor onboarding
Liaise with procurement and finance teams to ensure timely processing of requests, contracts, and payments
Coordinate logistics for trainings, workshops, stakeholder events, and field activities
Maintain proper documentation of operational processes in line with organizational and donor requirements
Track activity implementation progress and flag delays or bottlenecks for timely resolution
Support contract management and follow-up with consultants and service providers on deliverables
Ensure compliance with program guidelines, procurement procedures, and audit requirements
Support preparation of operational reports, updates, and internal tracking tools
Coordinate travel arrangements, field visits, and related operational needs
Facilitate communication and coordination across teams for smooth program execution
Support risk tracking and mitigation related to operational and program delivery
Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and systems
