Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor safety, health, and environmental programs tailored to project sites.

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure safety compliance.

• Approve and assess subcontractor safety plans and verify quality of tools and equipment used.

• Train workers and promote safe work practices, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and recommend corrective measures.

• Maintain and update safety records, reports, and logs, submitting them to relevant authorities as required.

• Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure preparedness for accidents.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
