Job Summary:

The Project Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of building finishing materials, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the construction and real estate sectors. The role requires a proactive, confident, and results-driven individual who can thrive in a competitive sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with existing and prospective project owners, real estate developers, contractors, consultants, influencers, and other clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with contractors, developers, architectures and consultants while generating leads through networking and market research, often collaborating with internal teams

  • Maintain an updated customer database by registering existing and new clients

  • Develop daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and forecasts

  • Provide excellent after-sales service and support to project clients

  • Promote and sell our finishing materials by identifying customer needs, developing tailored solutions, presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts

  • Plan and execute daily project sales efficiently to maximize productivity and meet sales targets 

  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring effective execution

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Collaborate with technical and marketing team to support project specifications and client requirements and to align promotional efforts with sales strategies

  • Regularly visit project sites to gather Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and follow-ups to secure project approvals and sales

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of our finishing materials offerings

  • Stay informed about market trends, sales dynamics, and competitor activities to adapt sales approaches effectively

  •  Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions while providing regular reports to the management

  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to enhance product offerings and Services

  • Manage key accounts to ensure their needs are met while driving ongoing sales within those accounts.

  • For the showroom-based consultant: assist walk-in clients, provide product information, and close sales opportunities. 

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing management, Civil Engineering or Architecture.

  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales, preferably in building finishing materials or real estate sales.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Willingness to work both outdoors and indoors as required.

  • Persistent, bold, and target-oriented, with the ability to perform under pressure in a highly competitive market.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic reporting tools.
