Our Company Romel General Trading PLC is looking to recruit Project and Institution Sales Representatives. These roles are essential in driving our project and institution based sales strategy and ensuring that we effectively reach our target markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential private and government building project owners, real estate developers, resident builders, potential influencers and other clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within different projects and generate leads through networking and market research, often involving collaboration with internal teams.

  • Promote and sell our products to customers, identifying their needs and developing tailored solutions to meet client needs, presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts.

  • Take customer orders, process them accurately, and ensure timely delivery of products.

  • Efficiently plan and execute daily project sales to maximize productivity and meet sales targets.

  • Managing the sales process from initial contact to sales closing, ensuring efficient and effective execution.

  • Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and other sales team to align promotional efforts and campaigns with sales strategies.

  • Collecting BID documents from different clients and offer the corresponding Proforma Invoice (PI), following the decision and approval of the PI, collect the payment and deliver the product.

  • Regularly visiting project sites and collect BOQ

  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.

  • Monitor market, sales trends and competitor activities to adapt workable sales approach accordingly.

  •  Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels. Provide regular reports to management.

  • Gather feedback from customers and market insights to help improve product offerings and services.

  • Managing key accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and driving ongoing sales within those accounts. 

  • Perform other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

Qualification and Skills:

  • BA degree in Business Management, marketing management, Sales Management or related fields.

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly within similar industry

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Excellent Negotiation Skills 

  • Ability to persuade clients to adopt the company's products. 

  • Ability to identify and resolve client issues, ensuring satisfaction. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving KPI/ targets.
