• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera Project.

• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders to align schedules with project objectives.

• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts.

• Conduct resource planning and allocation to optimize manpower, equipment, and materials.

• Ensure compliance with contractual milestones and client requirements.

• Support risk management by identifying potential delays and recommending mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with procurement and commercial teams to align schedules with supply chain and financial planning.

• Lead planning meetings and provide technical guidance to junior planners.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in planning and scheduling for building projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and project controls.
