LIYANA HEALTH CARE PLC would like to recruit potential candidates for the position of Property Administration Officer to assign at Corporate Head Office - Hawassa.

Summary of the position
Responsible for capital assets as and recurrent supplies of LHC and their proper administration.
Implements policies, procedures, and a system that enables effective property management work will be in line with the company guidelines and business plan, and service concepts .
Duties and Responsibilities
Acquisition & Registration
Collaborate with procurement, finance, clinical, and PPO teams to identify Capital asset and recurrent supplies requirement.
Register acquired fixed assets and maintain accurate, up-to-date records across all LHC premises
Supervise asset tagging, tracking, and physical verification processes at all LHC locations, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency of asset information.
Utilization & Operations
Oversee the day-to-day operation, utilization, maintenance, and safety of equipment, machinery, buildings, and facilities to ensure functionality, compliance, and uninterrupted service delivery.
Manage fleet management operations to ensure compliance with LHC policies, including vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and documentation.
Track and analyze asset and supply usage patterns to identify inefficiencies and recommend cost-saving measures.
Provide technical support and guidance to functional units and facility teams on asset usage and maintenance coordination.
Maintenance & Risk Management
Follow up on regular maintenance checks to ensure medical and non-medical equipment, vehicles, and buildings are in good condition.
Conduct routine risk assessments related to asset loss, misuse, damage, or inefficiency
Monitor and coordinate annual insurance renewals to ensure continuous and adequate coverage of all organizational assets.
Inventory Control
Manage the physical inventory of all capital assets, scanning and recording all assets at LHC premises.
Maintain minimum order levels are maintained and stocks rotated appropriately.
Check expiry dates regularly to maintain a minimum shelf life of three months for store items.
Participate in annual stock-taking (inventory) takes place in all divisions,
Reporting & Compliance
Collect weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports from business units, compile, and submit consolidated reports to CPAO, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Enforce day-to-day compliance with company policies and legal regulations across all LHC premises

Job Requirements
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in property management, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Business administration, or other related fields.
Experience 3(three) years and above as a Property Administration Officer.
Work experience in private health institution is advantageous.
Working knowledge of property regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
Understanding of marketing and accounting principles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good customer service skills.
Technical Skill ERP/Property software experience.
