Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the association’s property.

• Receive and document the handover of association property.

• Conduct regular inventory checks for shortages and provide monthly reports to the accountant for procurement.

• Conduct monthly property inventory and provide reports to the accountant and the general manager.

• Conduct a comprehensive property inventory every 6 months.

• Report any expired or soon-to-expire property and arrange for disposal according to the Disposal Committee’s guidance.

• Perform all duties appropriately and with professional ethics.

Job Requirement

• Education: B.A. degree in accounting and finance or in a related field of study

• Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience in a storeman or finance department
