Jenboro is currently building 4 apartment complexes in the Bole Bulbula area. The company starts selling apartments at 70% completion giving our clients something tangible.
Jenboro Real Estate successfully delivered the first building site on February 26, 2022. The high demand led to the development of the next three building that are currently in development.
Jenboro Real Estate is expanding beyond the Bole Bulbula area and plans to build more apartment complexes in other neighborhoods in the coming year.
Purpose
We are looking for a hard-working apartment manager to ensure all buildings and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The apartment manager's responsibilities include filling vacancies when personnel’s are needed, responding to home owners complaints, managing apartment upkeep, and respond to any inquiries home owners may have.
Advertising and showing vacant properties to prospective tenants regarding the commercial areas.
Processing applications and negotiating leases and rental rates.
Establishing and enforcing property rules.
Ensuring buildings and facilities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Establishing maintenance and staff schedules.
Hiring, training, and monitoring staff.
Investigating complaints and resolving conflicts.
Planning and overseeing renovations, maintenance, repairs, and services.
Handling clerical and administrative tasks.
Dealing with Problems:
The Property Manager should have a high degree of problem analysis for both external and internal environments in order to propose viable solution which is in line with the company’s rules and regulations.
Customer Services Skills:
The Property Manager should have attention to detail, must be an active Listener and be able to understand what the customer wants and needs. He/she must Improve the customer experience and build customer loyalty

Education & Experience
A high school Diploma
Previous of 3 years’ experience in property management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good budgeting and math skills.
A working knowledge of tenant and employment laws.
Excellent management, negotiation, and planning skills.
Computer literacy.
Minimum qualifications Skills & Attributes
Specific knowledge of Property and asset management
Refined professional writing and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster collaborative relationships with employees, highly approachable and responsive in nature.
Ability to work with programme staff of varied skills, experience, and background at all levels.
Being able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Independent, self-starter; makes informed decisions without constant direction.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office required.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Positive Attitude.
