• Educational Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering
• Work Experience: 3 years as Senior Property Valuation Engineer or  equivalent experience or 8 years relevant experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as Property Valuation Supervisor or equivalent experience or 9 years relevant experience
