What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

Task Breakdown:

• Obtain quotations and prepare purchase requests and comparison sheets.

• Source goods and services in accordance with approved specifications and procurement procedures.

• Follow up purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier documentation.

• Coordinate with requesting units, stores, and finance to address shortages, quality issues, and discrepancies.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management,

Years of Experience:

• 4-5 years experience, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Relevant purchasing or procurement experience; construction or materials purchasing is an advantage.

Skills:

• Soft Skills: Quotation analysis; supplier communication; negotiation; purchasing and inventory systems; documentation; integrity; attention to detail.
