Roles and Responsibilities 

• The person assigned on this position will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing organizational Preventing defects through robust systems, protecting Customers, brands, and licenses, owning specifications, release decisions, and assurance, governing complaints, recalls, and calibration integrity.

• The main role is Incoming Material Assurance, Process, System & IMS Assurance, Final Product Assurance (Pre Store Transfer), Supplier & Vendor Quality Assurance, Storage & Handling Assurance, Laboratory, Calibration & Testing Assurance, Customer Complaints & Recall Management

• Ensure only approved, compliant and fit for use materials enter production.

• Ensure processes and management systems are capable, controlled, and certification ready.

• Ensure only fully compliant finished goods leave the factory.

• Develop capable, compliant, and reliable suppliers.

• Prevent degradation, contamination and traceability loss.

• Ensure testing data is accurate, defensible, and audit ready.

• Protect consumers and brand reputation through structured response & learning.

Job Requirements

Qualification requirements

• BSC in chemical engineering /applied chemistry/ industrial chemistry or other related field of study.

• Minimum of 3 years' work experience in manufacturing industry preferably in soap and detergent industry

Knowledge, Abilities and Skills

• Standards, testing methods, quality systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001

• Industry & Technical Knowledge

• Critical thinking, teamwork, adaptability

• Analysis, inspection, reporting, communication

Job Requirements The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the soap and detergent sector. Strong technical, analytical, quality-control, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are also required.
