ALSAM PLC is launching the BiC Cristal Pen Manufacturing Factory in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and invites qualified, experienced, and competent professionals to join its technical and production team.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Quality Management or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality inspection in the plastic or FMCG manufacturing industry.
• Experience in injection molding and assembly process inspection is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and ISO 9001, 09 ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes (injection molding, extrusion, etc.)
• Leadership, auditing, risk assessment, and problem- solving skills.
• Good communication, reporting, and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management tools.
