Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor   

Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Analyzes  bid document according to plan & specification;   

• Prepares bill of quantities for  complex projects;

• Conducts arithmetic checks from bid documents;

• Prepares specifications for  complex projects;

• Values completed work and initiates payments  according to the  measurement; 

• Maintains  applications of the different building contracts in current use; 

• Maintains and keeps surveying records and data;

• Performs other related duties as required.

Job Requirements

First degree from recognized university/ college in Civil Engineering/ Construction Technology & Management (COTM)  4 years related work experience or

Level V diploma from recognized college/ TVET in Building Technology/ Construction Management/ 6 Years  related work experience
