Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyzes bid document according to plan & specification;
Prepares bill of quantities for complex projects;
Conducts arithmetic checks from bid documents;
Prepares specifications for complex projects;
Values completed work and initiates payments according to the measurement;
Maintains applications of the different building contracts in current use;
Maintains and keeps surveying records and data;
Performs other related duties as required.
Job Requirements
First degree from recognized university/ college in Civil Engineering/ Construction Technology & Management (COTM) 4 years related work experience or
Level V diploma from recognized college/ TVET in Building Technology/ Construction Management/ 6 Years related work experience
