Position: Quantity Surveyor (Interior Construction) 

Employment Type: Full-time 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for interior works (gypsum ceiling, partitions, joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, etc.). 

• Review and verify drawings and site measurements for payment certification. 

• Monitor project budgets, track variations, and prepare cost control reports. 

• Prepare and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. 

• Participate in progress valuation, interim payment applications, and final account preparation. 

• Assist in tender documentation, rate analysis, and procurement planning. 

• Coordinate with the site engineer, design team, and project manager to ensure cost-effective execution. 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cost-related activities. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering. 

• 2+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in interior construction or fit-out projects. 

• Strong knowledge of materials, specifications, and interior finishing details. 

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and Quantity Surveying software (e.g., CostX, PlanSwift, etc.). 

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills. 

• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
