Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate lead and identifying potential clients in different sources

  • Prepare sales presentation and make an appointment to show them the site

  • Guiding and assisting clients and suggest them

  • Having a good conversation with clients communicate them formal ways

  • Determine clients need and financial abilities to propose solution

  • Develop communication skill and build good relationship with clients

  • Maintain and update their self-ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skill

  • Meeting sales goals

  • Negotiating with prospective clients

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports

  • Coordinating sales effort with marketing program

  • Understanding and promoting company program

  • Checking potential clients to evaluate needs

  • Answering clients questions about product, price , and availability of the product

  • Follow up the clients and close the sales.

  • Dress code (Appearance is the first impression)

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, management, business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2 years and above relevant experience in the position (Preferable in real-estate industry).

Additional qualities required

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Addis Ababa

  • Familiarity with property sales processes and legal regulations

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated

  • Fluency in English, Amharic and additional languages is a plus
