Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales.

  • Assist in creating marketing campaigns to promote listings and attract clients.

  • Ensure high levels of customer service and client satisfaction.

  • Handle escalated client issues or complaints professionally.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.

  • Oversee the sales reports and performance metrics.

  • Evaluate the performance of team members and recommend improvements or disciplinary actions.

Job Requirements: 

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Salesmanship or in a related field of study

  • Expereince: 3 years+ proven experience on real estate  

  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including current pricing trends and property types.
