Boston Partners PLC (Kuriftu Resorts) is seeking a qualified and experienced Accounts Receivable / Credit Manager to join our Finance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing receivables, controlling credit risk, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable / Credit Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s receivables, managing credit risk, and ensuring effective collection of outstanding payments. This role plays a critical part in maintaining healthy cash flow, minimizing bad debts, and strengthening internal financial controls within the organization. The position requires close coordination with Sales, Front Office, and Finance teams to ensure accurate billing, timely reconciliation, and compliance with company credit policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all Accounts Receivable and City Ledger functions.

  • Review and approve credit applications for corporate clients.

  • Monitor customer credit limits and outstanding balances.

  • Prepare and review aging reports regularly.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and reduce bad debts.

  • Reconcile guest ledger and city ledger accounts.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Reservation teams regarding billing issues.

  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.

  • Prepare monthly receivable reports for management.

  • Maintain strong internal control procedures.

  • Supervise and guide Accounts Receivable staff (if applicable).

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Management (hotel experience preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and credit control procedures.

  • Experience with accounting software and PMS systems.

  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
