ALLIED ENERGY PLC is a registered company in Ethiopia undertaking a unique investment in a modern and the safest way of supplying LPG gas. The company is the first in Ethiopia to import bulk LPG gas using ISO containers all the way from U.A.E. The company imported a brand new LPG storage tanks with a capacity of 500KG, 1000KG and 2000KG and will be offering 10,000KG, 15,000KG up to 30,000KG of LPG storage tanks including all the necessary equipment for installation. The company also provides LPG gas in 6kg, 12kg and 50kg cylinders.
Allied Energy PLC is also the first company in importing bulk Argon gas to Ethiopia using ISO tanks which make us to be consistent in refilling any kind of cylinders in our modern filling plant located in Dukem City.
Allied energy PLC is a business partner with OPTECH ENGINEERING PLC and TRIDENT GAS AND OIL ENGINEERING COMPANY (INDIAN COMPANY).
Role Overview
The role of reception is to serve as the primary point of contact and professional face of the company responsible for greeting visitors and customers, managing incoming calls and performing essential administrative support
Welcoming clients visitors and employees in a professional manner
Answering and forwarding phone calls
Handling correspondences
Ensuring the reception area is clean and professional
Issuing visitors badges and managing logbooks

Job Requirements
Qualification
Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Receptionist, Secretarial Science and office Management, Management, Business Administration or related fields
2-3 years of experience
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Excellent verbal and written English language Skill
Proficient in Microsoft office software
Excellent Communication Skill /friendly and representing the company in professional manner /
