Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field of study with relevant work experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years

  • Prior experience in a healthcare, clinic, or diagnostic center reception or cashier role is an advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Register patients and verify their information accurately.

  • Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments.

  • Answer inquiries and direct patients to the appropriate department.

  • Receive payments and issue official receipts.

  • Reconcile daily cash collections and prepare cash reports.

  • Maintain accurate patient and payment records in the system.

  • Ensure patient confidentiality and protect sensitive information.

  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.

  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

  • Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Perform basic administrative and data entry tasks as assigned.

  • Comply with organizational policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

  • Support other front-office duties as assigned by the supervisor
