We are an innovative real estate marketing company specializing in property leasing and sales in Ethiopia. Our digital platform facilitates connections between buyers, tenants, and property owners, banks and other concerned government bodies. As we expand, we are looking for an Real Estate Agent to join our team. 

First impressions matter, and as Gifted Salesmen, our Receptionist is the friendly face and warm voice that sets the tone for everything we do. This role as a first point of contact, is about more than answering phones; it’s about welcoming guests, creating connections, coordinating administrative tasks and making every visitor feel valued by delivering quality customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. If you have a positive attitude, great communication skills, and love being at the heart of the action, this role is perfect for you!

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Direct clients and visitors professionally and courteously.

  • Answer phone calls, screen, and forward messages to the appropriate persons. 

  • Manage email correspondence and ensure follow-up on communications. 

  • Maintain and update client records and databases. 

  • Assist the senior agents in scheduling appointments and property visits.

  • Coordinate travel and logistical arrangements for senior agents when necessary. 

  • Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace. 

  • Perform various administrative tasks (filing, archiving, data entry, etc.). 

  • Contribute to the company’s positive image by providing excellent customer service. 

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in administration, management, secretarial studies, or a relevant field. 

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate sector.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). 

  • Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, email, management software).

  • Strong customer service skills, professional appearance, and attitude. 

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure. 

  • Fluency in English and/or Amharic (additional languages are a plus).
