We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to manage front-desk operations. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a professional and calming atmosphere.

  • Handle high-volume scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation of client appointments with sensitivity.

  • Manage client intake, verification of insurance details, and processing payments.

  • Maintain strict client confidentiality and secure handling of protected health information (PHI) in compliance with privacy regulations.

  • Coordinate communication between therapists, clients, and external referrals.

  • Manage office supplies, mail, and overall organization of common areas.

Job Requirement:

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field preferred, but not mandatory.

  • Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience

  • This role is ideal for recent graduates

  • Proven administrative experience in a professional office setting is a plus.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a compassionate demeanor.

  • Proficiency in scheduling software and basic office applications.
