Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our technology company. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle communication, and support daily administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage office email communication and respond to inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Assist HR and operations team with basic coordination tasks
Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
Provide general information about the company to visitors and clients
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferably in a tech company)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with email platforms and office equipment
Basic understanding of digital tools (e.g., scheduling apps, internal systems) is a plus
