Job Purpose:
The Receptionist is responsible for ensuring smooth front-desk operations in Head Office, including welcoming Guests, managing appointments, directing guests to appropriate units, and maintaining proper documentation. The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for any guest or visitors who comes to BPDO.
Main duties &
Responsibilities:
Receives and handles guests/ visitors & partners, provides appropriate information for enquiries, and arranges appointments,
Maintains all guest cards and records following standard rules and procedures of records control and filing system, and ensures that they are up-to-date, orderly, properly filed, and readily retrievable for reference and inspection.
Handle office communications, including making telephone calls and ensuring receipt of messages from deliveries.
Facilitate document duplication, stamping, and laminating
Keep the office gate & reception areas clean
Control all noise at the office desks in open areas
As necessary, support Executive Office Assistant

Job Requirements
Qualifications and work experience:
Educational requirement
BA degree in Management or Secretarial Science and Office Management, Communication, marketing or other related fields
Required Professional experience:
Minimum one year of Relevant experience as a receptionist or in guest handling
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email, database entry).
Fluency in Amharic and English.

Good interpersonal skills and a team player with sensitivity to cultural diversity
