Position: Receptionist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Duty Station: Kazanchis, Beside the Ministry of Justice, Addis Ababa
Required Gender: Female
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: Half day
Salary: 15,000-20,000 gross based on negotiation and salary history
Key Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Manage apartment bookings, check-ins, and check-outs
• Maintain accurate guest/resident records and documentation
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
• Monitor access to the premises and ensure security procedures are followed
• Handle mail, deliveries, and administrative correspondence
• Provide general information and customer support to residents
• Assist in resolving resident concerns and escalating issues when necessary
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Note:

Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or related field
• Fresh graduates with strong customer service orientation are encouraged to apply
• Up to one year of experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good English language proficiency (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Highly trustworthy and responsible
• A guarantor is required due to the nature of access to apartments and residents’ belongings

Preferred Attributes
• Experience working in hotels, serviced apartments, or hospitality establishments
• Ability to handle international clients with professionalism
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
