• Greet and welcome visitors and guests as they arrive, directing them appropriately.

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

• Maintain the reception area tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials.

• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and office events.

Job Requirements

Minimum Educational qualification

• College Diploma/TVT level 4 with  COC in accounting or related field

Minimum relevant work 
Experience 

• 1 year and above
