G to G IT Solution Share Company is seeking a professional, well-organized, and customer-oriented Receptionist who will also perform secretarial and administrative support duties. The position is the first point of contact for the company and plays a key role in maintaining a professional office environment.

 Key Duties and Responsibilities

Reception & Front Desk Management

  • Receive and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally.

  • Manage the front desk and maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, emails, parcels).

 Secretarial & Administrative Support

  • Provide secretarial support to management and departments as assigned.

  • Prepare, type, format, and file letters, memos, reports, and documents.

  • Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and calendars.

  • Take meeting minutes when required and ensure proper follow-up.

Office Coordination

  • Maintain visitor logs and phone records.

  • Support internal communication between departments.

  • Assist HR & Administration with basic administrative tasks.

  • Ensure confidentiality of company information and documents.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Requirements

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Secretary is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic office systems.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Behavioral Requirements
