Job Summary
As a senior recruiter at HaHuJobs, you will be instrumental in managing our digital talent pool on the HaHuJobs platform. Your expertise will ensure that we present top-tier candidates to our clients, enhancing their recruitment experience and success. You will oversee recruitment accounts, build strong relationships with employers, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or with related field of study
Experience:
5 years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a recruitment agency setting.
Proven recruitment experience, especially in technology or agency settings.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates to build a diverse and qualified talent pool.
Understand labor market trends to meet organizational hiring needs.
Facilitate effective hiring processes and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Maintain and enhance the HaHuJobs digital talent pool, ensuring it is current, diverse, and reflective of the job market needs.
Regularly update candidate profiles and track their progress through the recruitment process.
Qualify candidates through comprehensive assessments and interviews, ensuring they meet the specific needs and expectations of clients.
Utilize effective evaluation techniques to ensure high-quality matches between candidates and job openings.
Present vetted candidates to employers, highlighting their qualifications and suitability for the roles.
Facilitate feedback sessions between candidates and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Manage recruitment position accounts, developing strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring goals and challenges.
Provide tailored recruitment solutions that align with clients’ needs and priorities.
Source talent proactively through the HaHuJobs platform, social media, and other recruitment channels to meet the demands of clients.
Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates.
Provide outstanding support to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties.
Address any questions or concerns raised by candidates and clients promptly and professionally.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and candidate placements.
Continuously seek opportunities for improving recruitment processes and enhancing service delivery.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidates.
Proficiency with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms for sourcing.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
