Reported to: SEED Project Manager

Location: Addis Ababa with frequent travel to project

Job Requirements

• BA/BSC or MSc/MA Business Administration or related fields.

• 7 years for BA/BSc or 5 years for MSc/MA/

• Proven work experience in program management or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, researching, and report writing

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Strong leadership capabilities

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Program Specialist
