Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with company goals to drive profitability and long-term stability.

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

  • Monitor market trends, economic risks, and investment opportunities to make informed financial decisions.

  • Manage company cash flow, capital structure, and resource allocation efficiently.

  • Ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations, accounting standards, and corporate policies.

  • Lead and mentor the finance team, including accounting and treasury staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Prepare and present financial reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior executives, board members, and stakeholders.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Economics, Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

  • Experience: 6-4 years, out of which 2-3 years in managerial position
